Executive Assistant, Food & Beverage

  • Directly assist the Director of Food & Beverage and support 18 managers of 10 bars and restaurants. 

  • Supporting day-to-day operations such as calendar management, meeting minutes, office upkeep. 

  • Manage monthly menu printing budget, ranging from $600-$14,000 depending on seasonal needs. 

  • Collaborate with our valued partners to design and produce resort signage and collateral.

  • Design, upkeep, and printing execution of 12 menus.

  • Assist in innovating both our guest experience and our internal processes

Marketing Coordinator

  • Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials for two Ritz-Carlton resorts.

  • Responsibility for messaging to in-house guests, corporate clients, and prospective clients and guests through digital and print collateral.

  • Liaise with other department leaders including, but not limited to spa, food and beverage, recreation, retail, and sales to promote the outlets. 

  • Create promotional material in order to achieve revenue goals while creating brand awareness. 

  • Arrange dining and room reservations, amenities, and warm welcome for select media guests.

  • Assisted 30+ customers daily with ticket orders, exchanges, donations, and information regarding performances, exhibitions, and museum admission.

  • As closing manager; cashed out daily sales of the department, communicated reports to the accounting coordinator, and verified individual sales batches.

Group Sales Manager

  • Worked with 26+ community group leaders to purchase performance tickets for groups ranging from 10 to 100 members.

Student, Institute for Field Research

  • Collaborated on an exhibit design highlighting the evolution of Ancient Egyptian vessels with concentration on the ways in which this exhibition could be modified to accommodate viewers with disabilities.

  • Studied, analyzed, and handled Ancient Egyptian objects using museum-grade techniques.

  • General study of Museology and accessibility in public facilities and the ways in which museums can positively impact a community.

Registration Manager and Partnerships Assistant

  • Created partnership information decks to be shared with 20+ sponsors about upcoming event opportunities.

  • Trained and led a team of 8 in Event Registration during the summer festival for ~20,000 attendees including streamlining the registration process, greeting and directing guests, and providing program and location information. 

  • Coordinated and collaborated with vendors to produce event collateral and signage.
